Gravity Diagnostics is a diagnostic laboratory in Covington, KY that gain traction in the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously they used an external design agency for their assets but decided to bring design in house as design needs grew rapidly with the company. I was brought in as the first and only graphic designer on the marketing team. I was in charge up updating and creating the new brand standards along with creating and updating assets around it. This included but is not limited to: Brand Guidelines, Website wireframe & Wordpress implementation, all marketing materials, all merchandise, social media platforms and posts, and more.

Gravity Diagnostics Branding


Gravity Diagnostics is a brand dedicated to care, compliance, and confidence. When i joined the gravity team our first project was to take the brand to a new level. It was the height of the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic and Gravity Diagnostics began testing for COVID in the Cincinnati tri-state area. The company went from processing 200 samples a day to 20,000+ a day at warp speed. The samples increased, the company grew, and Gravity’s need for a solid, clean, and bold brand grew with it.

Website Evolution and Development


I inherited a Wordpress website from Gravity’s previous external design firm. The goal was to make the website more user friendly and to update each page with the new brand standards. All graphics and Wordpress editing done for this site was completed by me.

This is the website i inherited from an external design firm which formerly made graphic content for Gravity. (This web design is not by me)

This was the first major website update for Gravity done in house by me. I implemented the new brand guidelines and brought that site wide. (Nov. 2020)

First major website update (Mid 2021)

This update was to refresh some graphics/pages as well as start to incorporate our accent teal color.

2 Million Samples Processed


Gravity is extremely proud in the part they played in stepping up to test for COVID when the pandemic hit. Gravity like to celebrate large milestones as pictured below. We celebrated 300k, 500k, 1 Million, 1.5 Million, and our biggest celebration 2 Million (and counting). Below are designs i created for various celebration products.

Social Media Evolution


Similar to the website i inherited the company social media platforms and was tasked to bring all of the content going forward up to date with the new brand standards.
